This documentation describes the setup for the connection, between the local Windows client and ServicePoint Services – for both Windows 7, 8 and 10.

The minimum requirements for the local machine is Windows 7 sp1.

1.  Download and install the following .zip

Win7Sp1_PrepPack_For_RDS2012R2.zip

Inside the .zip file please read ReadMe.txt for installation process. 

Remember to restart the client machine after installation.

2.  Access the following website

https://gateway.servicepoint.dk/rdweb

3.  Enter login credentials

Enter your username and password

Remember to enter servicepoint\ in front of your username, and select the check-box Remember my credentials

Select the check-box This is a private computer

Your application ressources will now be accessable.

1.  Start RemoteApp and Desktop Connection wizard

From the Start Menu (metro interface) search for remoteapp and select RemoteApp and Desktop Connections

2.  Access RemoteApp and desktop

Click Access RemoteApp and Desktop

3.  Enter the following in setup path

https://gateway.servicepoint.dk/rdweb/feed/webfeed.aspx 

Click Next

4.  Setting up connection

 Click Next 

5.  Enter login credentials

Enter your username and password

Remember to enter servicepoint\ in front of your username. 

 Select the check-box Remember my credentials.

6.  Click Finish

7.  Acces ressources

From the RemoteApp and Desktop Connections window click View ressources.

8.  Pin ressources to Start Menu

You are now able to right-click the individual applications (ressources) and select Pin to Start.

The application shortcut will now be available in Windwos Start Menu.
